The $37 million Kardashian kompound set to be the future home of Khloe Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner is well on its way to being complete.
New photos show the two mega mansions, constructed side by side in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills, surrounded by construction workers diligently working on the properties.
The photos show the progress that has been made since the houses were last pictured, with fully grown transplanted trees and shrubbery planted and a newly constructed driveway linking the mansions to the streets.

Both built in the popular modern farmhouse style and each sprawling over 10,000 sq ft, the massive homes were a mere feet from one another, ensuring the women will be able to visit one another at their leisure.
While both of the women were getting their own pools, Khloe’s appeared to be the only one with a pool house.
Khloe also had a massive, fully-grown tree transplanted into the backyard.
